Hi and welcome to the OT Toolkit website. My name is Cheryl Hall, I am an Occupational Therapist
with over 25 years experience working in physical disabilities and geriatrics. I graduated from San
Jose State University.
I created the website OT4Function.com in 1997 to share my knowledge of occupational therapy with
other OT's. That evolved into the Occupational Therapy Toolkit - a resource that helps me provide
better patient care and one that can enhance your patient care as well.
